Hello there are 2 types of fixing to attached the handle to the door 1. Screws (for wooden door/ side to side handle) 2. Bolt (for glass door handle/back to back handle). we will ship exactly the same as in the picture & description. or if you have pre-hole on your door please feel free to contact us so we can customize the feet of handle to meet your needs
